Description

Ghost Ferrara Classic: a versatile treeless saddle with integrated knee blocks

The Ghost Ferrara Classic is a treeless saddle (treeless) with a monoflap design, intended for riders who alternate between flatwork, trail riding, and hacking and want leg support without pronounced external knee blocks.

The Ferrara's distinctive feature is the position of the integrated knee blocks beneath the front of the flap. Compared with the Ghost Quevis Classic, which has external knee blocks, the Ferrara provides less pronounced support and allows more room to vary the leg position and stirrup length. The actual feel nevertheless depends on the rider's proportions and preferences.

This design makes the Ferrara an appealing option for mixed use, from the arena to hacking. Saddle selection should also take into account the discipline practiced, seat size, and configuration best suited to the horse.

Like the other models in the Ghost Classic range, the Ferrara can be configured by choosing the base, panels, and girth system from the available options. These elements, together with correct saddle positioning, must be assessed for the individual horse: the Ferrara model alone does not determine compatibility with a particular back conformation.

If you prefer the same design as the Ferrara with softer padding, you may also consider the Ghost Ferrara Soft.
